The transaction — intended to support Rimes' next phase of growth in investment data and AI-enabled capabilities — is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Emmes Acquires Essex Management

Los Angeles-based St. Cloud Capital has made a growth-capital investment in AIM QSR, LLC (branded TICE), a Miami-area franchisee of a leading chicken QSR brand, alongside AIM Capital and a consortium of family investors. The financing helped fund AIM QSR’s acquisition of 46 restaurants in Florida and 9 in Alabama as the company builds a regional multi-unit QSR platform.

Ayesa Agrees to Acquire Ibermática

The deal — an add-on to Ayesa under AMCE's ownership — will strengthen Ayesa's position in the Spanish IT services market and create a combined group with more than 11,000 professionals and over €600 million in revenue.
