Ayesa Agrees to Acquire Ibermática

Ayesa, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has agreed to acquire Ibermática from ProA Capital and remaining minority shareholders including ONCE and Kutxabank. The deal — an add-on to Ayesa under AMCE's ownership — will strengthen Ayesa's position in the Spanish IT services market and create a combined group with more than 11,000 professionals and over €600 million in revenue.
