Ayesa Acquires ByrneLooby

Ayesa, a Spain-headquartered engineering and IT services group backed by A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), has acquired ByrneLooby, an international civil engineering consulting firm with operations in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East. The deal (an add-on to Ayesa's engineering platform) strengthens Ayesa's presence in English-speaking infrastructure markets and expands its engineering capabilities; ByrneLooby employs over 225 professionals and generates approximately €24 million in annual revenue.
