Universal-Investment Acquires labs (UI labs) from Lupus alpha

Universal-Investment has acquired Frankfurt-based IT service provider labs from Lupus alpha Asset Management AG; labs will continue to operate independently under the "UI labs" brand. The acquisition adds front-office, data-management and regulatory reporting software and services to Universal-Investment’s fund-service platform as it expands its end-to-end offering for institutional asset managers, custodians, insurers and wealth managers.
