Clearwave, a digital check-in and eligibility-verification provider based in Atlanta, acquired Odoro, a New York–based provider of digital patient-access and scheduling solutions. The acquisition combines Odoro's advanced self-scheduling and SchedLogic algorithm with Clearwave's check-in and real-time eligibility capabilities to create a comprehensive patient-engagement platform aimed at improving patient experience and accelerating provider cash flow.
