PracticeTek has finalized the full acquisition of Ora (Ora Dental), taking ownership of the cloud-based, all-in-one dental practice management platform in collaboration with Total Dental. The purchase brings Ora’s scheduling, patient records, billing and analytics capabilities into PracticeTek’s healthcare software portfolio to strengthen its offerings for single practices, multi-specialty clinics and DSOs.
