Blackline Safety Acquires Wearable Technologies Ltd (Eleksen)

Blackline Safety Corp. acquired UK-based Wearable Technologies Ltd., which operates under the Eleksen brand, to expand its connected-worker portfolio into smart safety clothing and wearable hubs. The pre-revenue business brings a portfolio of over 40 patents and a cloud-connected platform; WTL will operate as a wholly owned Blackline subsidiary and Blackline said the deal accelerates its entry into commercial and light-industrial markets.
