Midland-based Warrior Technologies acquired a field services unit from Diamondback Energy (originally part of Endeavor Energy Resources), adding 84 employees and 607 pieces of equipment to its fleet. The acquisition expands Warrior's surface and soil remediation and emergency response capabilities and strengthens its presence in the Permian and Delaware Basins.

The acquired Midland Basin assets average ~9,000 Boepd (roughly 75% oil) across ~18,010 net leasehold acres and include ~120 operated future drilling locations; the deal is expected to close in late Q1.
