The Carlyle Group, via its Carlyle Europe Technology Partners V fund, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in SEIDOR, a Barcelona-based IT services and technology consultancy. Carlyle will support SEIDOR's international expansion, product innovation and go-to-market initiatives; the Benito family sold a controlling interest (reported at 60%).

SEIDOR Acquires Opentrends
