Wilson Electronics has acquired SignalTeQ, the maker of the CellLinQ Meter + App, to integrate SignalTeQ's cellular site-surveying tools into Wilson's professional installation workflow. The purchase aims to streamline commercial installations of Wilson's cellular signal amplifiers, improving installation speed and reliability for integrators and enterprise customers.

KKR Acquires Potter Global Technologies from Gryphon Investors

Investment funds managed by KKR have acquired Potter Global Technologies, a St. Louis–headquartered designer and manufacturer of fire and life safety and emergency communication equipment, from Gryphon Investors. KKR said it will support Potter’s growth organically and through add-on acquisitions and implement a broad-based employee ownership program; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition (closed June 24, 2022) will integrate towerIQ's platform and team into ReSource Pro to expand automation, data management capabilities, and service offerings for middle-to-large commercial insurance accounts.

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Tower Ventures Holdings (197 U.S. Tower Sites)

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has acquired a 100% ownership interest in Tower Ventures Holdings, LLC and related entities, gaining ownership of 197 wireless communication towers across the United States. The deal — terms confidential — expands PTI's U.S. tower portfolio ahead of 5G deployments; Tower Ventures is a Memphis, Tennessee–based tower operator previously owned by its management team with an investment from BBH Capital Partners.

Phoenix Tower International Acquires Tower Ventures Sites and Technology Associates EC (TAEC)

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has acquired a 100% ownership interest in Tower Ventures Holdings III, LLC, giving PTI 202 additional wireless telecommunications sites in the United States. PTI also completed the acquisiton of Technology Associates EC Inc. (TAEC), adding 90+ telecom infrastructure professionals and expanding PTI's US engineering, site-acquisition and construction project management capabilities.

CTI Towers Acquires SCI Towers

CTI Towers, a portfolio company of Palistar Capital, has completed the acquisition of SCI Towers, an independent communications tower developer that CTI had partnered with since 2016. The deal adds a significant number of recently-built towers and sites in development—primarily in the Southeastern United States—to CTI Towers' existing portfolio of ~1,200 towers.
