The transaction closed January 24, 2020; existing leadership including founder Dr. Thomas Quigley and CEO Mark Quigley will remain in place as partners with New Harbor to fund growth, technology upgrades and regional expansion.

Everside Capital Partners and Merion Investment Partners provided subordinated debt and equity support for the transaction; the seller will remain invested and management will continue to operate the business as the investors pursue a roll-up strategy across the Northeast.
