GameSquare to Acquire FaZe Clan

GameSquare Holdings has entered into a definitive all-stock agreement to acquire FaZe Clan, with FaZe to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and its founders returning to lead the brand. The transaction combines complementary media, creator and esports assets (combined revenue ~ $138M in 2022), is expected to generate over $18M of run-rate cost savings, and will be effected via a share exchange giving FaZe shareholders approximately 45% of the combined company.
