GameSquare Esports Inc. has completed the acquisition of 100% of the membership units of Swingman LLC (dba Cut+Sew and Zoned), a Los Angeles–based gaming and lifestyle marketing agency. The deal, funded with cash and GameSquare common shares plus potential earnouts, is intended to add marketing and creative capabilities to GameSquare's portfolio and support growth of its Complexity Gaming brand and agency relationships.
