Kalibrate Technologies Limited has acquired Trade Area Systems (TAS), a Providence-based real estate analytics and site-selection SaaS provider. The deal, executed by Kalibrate (a portfolio company of Hanover Investors), expands Kalibrate's retail and convenience store planning capabilities and will allow TAS to leverage Kalibrate's global sales presence to accelerate product development and market reach.
