EIS Holdings Acquires Eagle Environmental Consulting

EIS Holdings, LLC acquired Eagle Environmental Consulting, Inc., a Wheat Ridge, Colorado-based environmental consulting firm, expanding EIS’ remediation and environmental services footprint into the Northwest (Colorado and New Mexico). The deal is EIS’ second strategic acquisition in 2022 as the company continues building a national environmental remediation and infrastructure platform.

Sun Capital Affiliate Acquires Environmental Infrastructure Solutions from O2 Investment Partners

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Environmental Infrastructure Solutions (EIS), a Fort Worth-based provider of abatement, decontamination and remediation services, from O2 Investment Partners. Sun Capital said it will apply its industrial and buy-and-build expertise to accelerate EIS's growth, expand service capabilities and capitalize on growing demand for environmental safety and infrastructure remediation.

Polytek Development Corp. Acquires Environmental Technology, Inc.

Polytek Development Corp., a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Environmental Technology, Inc. (ETI), the Fields Landing, California–based maker of EnviroTex, EasyCast and other consumer epoxy, resin and mold-making products. The acquisition is an add-on to Polytek's platform that strengthens its consumer mold-making and casting product portfolio and expands distribution into retail arts-and-crafts markets; ETI founder David Fonsen will remain through the integration.

UES Acquires InControl Technologies
