Guild Garage Group announced the completion of its partnership with Door Serv Pro, a family-owned residential garage door service company headquartered in Inwood, West Virginia with six locations across West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. The deal is Guild’s 22nd acquisition since launching in 2024 (and its 8th in 2025) and brings Door Serv Pro into Guild’s multi-location residential garage door services platform while retaining the company’s management and unit-level ownership.

The deal expands Guild's footprint in the U.S. Southeast and will allow All Four Seasons' owner, Dan Watkins, and his management team to remain in place while benefiting from Guild's resources and roll-up platform model.
