Ideagen Acquires Qualtrax

Ideagen Plc has acquired US-based Qualtrax, a provider of EHSQ compliance and quality-management software headquartered in Blacksburg, Virginia. The deal gives Ideagen a stronger foothold in the US (Qualtrax will become Ideagen's North American headquarters), expands Ideagen's assurance and compliance product set, and brings Qualtrax's predominantly SaaS revenue stream and ~40 employees into the group.

Hg, a software-focused private equity firm, has agreed to acquire Ideagen plc, a Nottingham-based provider of regulatory and compliance software, following shareholder approval. Ideagen has delisted from the London Stock Exchange AIM and will receive investment from Hg to accelerate product, technology and talent investment and support further acquisitions; Chris Bayne is set to join Ideagen’s board.

Ideagen Acquires EQMS Provider Qualsys for £15.6m

Ideagen Plc has acquired EQMS provider Qualsys for £15.6 million. Qualsys, a Sheffield-based electronic quality management software company with more than 50 employees and customers across pharmaceuticals, healthcare and manufacturing, will be integrated into Ideagen's Q-Pulse product family to strengthen its EQMS and QHSE cloud offering.

QAD Acquires Phenix Software Inc.

QAD Inc. has closed the acquisition of Phenix Software Inc., integrating Phenix's cloud-based production scheduling solution into its product suite as QAD Advanced Scheduling. The deal expands QAD's manufacturing and supply chain capabilities—Phenix will continue to be supported in the market by Zinata as a QAD distributor and implementation partner.

Ideagen Acquires ProcessMAP

UK-based regulatory software provider Ideagen has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ProcessMAP, a US-headquartered environmental, health and safety (EHS) software business. The combination will create an expanded EHSQ software offering, leveraging Ideagen's global customer base and Hg (Ideagen's majority investor) will remain the majority investor in the combined business.

Ideagen Acquires Authenticate and Safefood 360° to Launch Food & Beverage Compliance Division

Ideagen has acquired Authenticate (Authenticate Information Systems Ltd) and Safefood 360° and is combining them with its existing supplier management solution to launch Ideagen Food & Beverage Solutions, an integrated, cloud-based compliance and traceability offering for the food and beverage industry. The move expands Ideagen's capabilities in food safety, ESG and supply-chain transparency and marks the company's third and fourth acquisitions of 2025.
