Gallant Capital Partners completed a strategic growth investment in U.S.-based DynTek, Inc. and Canada-based rSolutions Corporation to support product innovation, operational enhancements, and strategic M&A. Stellus Capital Management provided senior debt financing to support Gallant's investment; the two companies will be unified under a single leadership structure with Paul Kerr named CEO while the incumbent CEOs remain material owners.
