Almaviva Acquires TIVIT from Apax Funds to Accelerate Digital Expansion in Latin America

Almaviva has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TIVIT, a leading Brazilian technology company, from funds advised by Apax Partners. The deal will combine Almaviva's digital transformation capabilities with TIVIT's cloud, cybersecurity and managed-services footprint across 10 Latin American countries to accelerate growth and expand Almaviva's presence in the region; the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
