Almaviva S.p.A. agreed to acquire Iteris, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valuing Iteris at approximately $335 million; Iteris shareholders will receive $7.20 per share. The deal, which closed in 2024, takes Iteris private and positions the company to accelerate global adoption of its ClearMobility platform by leveraging Almaviva’s international digital innovation network.
