Volaris Group Completes Acquisition of Adapt IT

Volaris Group has completed the acquisition of a 63.87% stake in South African software company Adapt IT at R7.00 per share, and Adapt IT will cease trading on the JSE. Adapt IT will operate as an independent business unit under CEO Tiffany Dunsdon; Volaris plans to support the company's growth across Africa and internationally while backing its transformation and employee-focused initiatives.
