Alithya Acquires eVerge Interests, Adding Salesforce and Oracle Capabilities

Alithya Group inc. acquired eVerge Interests, Inc. and its subsidiaries for US$23.5 million (including a potential US$4.7 million earnout), strengthening Alithya’s Salesforce, Oracle HCM/CX and AI capabilities while expanding its delivery footprint in India. eVerge, led by founder Esteban Neely, brings ~160 professionals across the U.S. and India and will transition under Alithya with Neely consulting for 12 months to support integration.
