Alithya Acquires eVerge Interests, Adding Salesforce and Oracle Capabilities

Alithya Group inc. acquired eVerge Interests, Inc. and its subsidiaries for US$23.5 million (including a potential US$4.7 million earnout), strengthening Alithya’s Salesforce, Oracle HCM/CX and AI capabilities while expanding its delivery footprint in India. eVerge, led by founder Esteban Neely, brings ~160 professionals across the U.S. and India and will transition under Alithya with Neely consulting for 12 months to support integration.

Anthology Acquires xRM.com LLC's Foundation and Matching Solutions

Volaris Group Acquires Gold-Vision CRM

Alithya Acquires Vitalyst from Baird Capital

Alithya Acquires R3D Conseil

Alithya Group Inc. agreed to acquire Quebec-based digital solutions firm R3D Conseil for an implied purchase price of C$76.0 million (plus assumption of C$8.5 million debt), payable in Alithya shares. The deal brings ~600 R3D professionals to Alithya, adds approximately C$63 million of trailing revenue and secures C$600 million of minimum commercial commitments over 10 years from Québecor and Beneva (via La Capitale).

HSO Acquires Canadian Microsoft Dynamics Partner CRM Dynamics Ltd

HSO has acquired CRM Dynamics Ltd, the largest independent Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in Canada, to strengthen HSO’s North American presence and expand its Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities. The deal brings CRM Dynamics’ cross‑Canada consulting team, industry expertise (Financial Services, Public Sector, Professional Services, Manufacturing) and over 700 CRM implementations into HSO’s global Microsoft practice.
