Alithya Group Inc. has acquired XRM Vision for up to C$35 million in a mix of cash, Alithya Class A shares and a potential earnout. The deal brings about 85 Microsoft-focused CRM and Project Portfolio Management specialists into Alithya, expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and smart-shoring capabilities across Canada and Morocco.

Alithya Acquires eVerge Interests, Adding Salesforce and Oracle Capabilities

Alithya Group inc. acquired eVerge Interests, Inc. and its subsidiaries for US$23.5 million (including a potential US$4.7 million earnout), strengthening Alithya’s Salesforce, Oracle HCM/CX and AI capabilities while expanding its delivery footprint in India. eVerge, led by founder Esteban Neely, brings ~160 professionals across the U.S. and India and will transition under Alithya with Neely consulting for 12 months to support integration.

MediaSense Acquires R3

Independent global media advisor MediaSense has acquired creative and media advisory specialist R3 in an add-on deal that expands MediaSense’s marketing operations and creative advisory capabilities and accelerates its footprint in North America and Asia. The acquisition follows Apiary Capital’s earlier stake in MediaSense and will see R3’s co-founders join MediaSense’s executive leadership while both brands continue to operate under their existing names.

TowerBrook Fund VI Acquires RYDGE Conseil (former KPMG France Chartered Accountancy division)

Alithya Acquires Travercent LLC to Expand Oracle Cloud Healthcare Capabilities

Alithya Group Inc. acquired Travercent LLC, a US-based Oracle cloud-focused consulting group specialized in the healthcare sector, for approximately US$18.0 million paid in cash and Alithya subordinate voting shares. The transaction adds Travercent's Oracle cloud implementation expertise and its CAPSURETM healthcare supply-chain IP to Alithya's enterprise solutions, strengthening Alithya's healthcare and Oracle cloud capabilities in the United States.

Altair Acquires Gen3D

Altair acquired Gen3D, a University of Bath spinout that developed implicit-geometry generative design technology for additive manufacturing. The Gen3D technology will be integrated into Altair Inspire to expand Altair's design-for-additive-manufacturing and generative-design capabilities across industries such as aerospace, automotive and medical.
