Canada-based ATS Traffic has entered the U.S. market through a strategic partnership with Tacoma-based Advanced Government Services, Inc. (AGS). The deal will expand ATS Traffic’s service footprint into the Pacific Northwest while AGS’s president, Arti O'Brien, will continue to lead the local business.
