SecurityBridge has acquired CyberSafe, a UK-based pioneer of MFA and SSO solutions for SAP, integrating CyberSafe's TrustBroker products into SecurityBridge's SAP-native cybersecurity platform to deliver contextual, passwordless MFA and enhanced authentication controls. The deal expands SecurityBridge's capabilities for SAP user authentication by adding policy-based MFA, step-up authentication, and SSO that respond to real-time threat signals across the SAP application layer.

OneSix Acquires Strong Analytics from Advantage Solutions

Chicago-based OneSix has acquired Strong Analytics, a machine learning and AI consultancy previously owned by Advantage Solutions Inc., combining teams to offer end-to-end data and AI solutions for enterprise clients. The deal expands OneSix's ML/Gen AI capabilities and Snowflake-focused services; Dave Kilimnik will serve as acting CEO while Strong Analytics leaders Brock Ferguson and Jacob Zweig join the combined company.

The acquisition expands Smartronix's enterprise analytics, data science and engineering capabilities and brings new federal (Departments of Justice and State) and commercial clients in pharmaceuticals, financial services and education into Smartronix's Cloud Solutions business unit.

Safe Acquires Multis' Source Code and Welcomes Multis Team
