(AHG) closed acquisitions of 100% of Skelton Canada Inc. and 49% of Skelton USA Inc. for aggregate consideration of approximately C$114.7 million, financed with cash, debt and issuance of AHG subordinate voting shares. The Skelton Companies — a specialized refrigerated/temperature‑controlled healthcare transportation operator with a ~100 truck fleet — will join AHG's healthcare logistics platform to expand specialized transport capacity in Canada and enter the U.S. market.

(AHG) has completed its acquisition of 100% of Logistics Support Unit (LSU) Inc. for approximately $30 million, paid via the issuance of 154,639 subordinate voting shares and about $22.5 million in cash. LSU is a Canada-based third-party logistics provider specializing in pharmaceutical, medical and biotechnology warehousing, distribution and order management and is the exclusive distributor of immunizing agents for Québec's public health system.

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) has acquired Texas-based XBL Holdings (operating as Xcel Bulk Logistics), a dry bulk transportation, storage and logistics provider headquartered in Weatherford, Texas. The deal — from PE owner Lilium Group — adds XBL's drivers, operational staff, tractors, trailers, storage silos and terminals to KAG's growing dry bulk platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Mullen Group Acquires B. & R. Eckel's Transport Ltd.

The acquisition, funded from Mullen's cash and credit lines, adds 16 facilities, a fleet of ~400 power units and over 950 trailers, ~420 employees and approximately $85.0 million in annualized revenue, expanding Mullen's presence in Northeastern Alberta and energy-focused hauling capabilities.
