Andlauer Healthcare Group Acquires Boyle Transportation and Remaining Stake in Skelton USA

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (AHG) has acquired 100% of T.F. Boyle Transportation, Inc. for approximately US$80 million and the remaining 51% of Skelton USA Inc. for approximately C$50 million, completing AHG's ownership of both businesses. The transactions expand AHG's U.S. footprint and temperature‑controlled life sciences logistics capabilities, and are expected to be immediately accretive to cash flow and earnings per share.

(AHG) has completed its acquisition of 100% of Logistics Support Unit (LSU) Inc. for approximately $30 million, paid via the issuance of 154,639 subordinate voting shares and about $22.5 million in cash. LSU is a Canada-based third-party logistics provider specializing in pharmaceutical, medical and biotechnology warehousing, distribution and order management and is the exclusive distributor of immunizing agents for Québec's public health system.

Sterling acquired Aggregate365’s entire portfolio of contracts and customers and will operate the business under the Sterling ACXSS brand as ACXSS365 to expand its contract portfolio and spend management offerings for Sterling members.

Schweiger Dermatology Group Acquires United Skin Specialists

Schweiger Dermatology Group (SDG) has acquired United Skin Specialists (USS), a Minneapolis-based dermatology practice management company formerly backed by Tonka Bay Equity Partners. The acquisition adds USS's 10 Midwest office locations and 35 providers to SDG and represents SDG's entrance into the Midwest, while Tonka Bay and BGL served as seller and advisor respectively; financial terms were not disclosed.
