Sterling Healthcare Logistics Acquires ABS Vaccines

Sterling Healthcare Logistics has acquired ABS Vaccines to expand its healthcare supply chain and contracting capabilities. The acquisition adds ABS Vaccines' vaccine and pharmaceutical contract negotiation and group purchasing capabilities to Sterling's ACXSS software and ACXSS365 contract/GPO offering, strengthening Sterling's services for health systems and provider groups.

Stonecourt Capital Acquires 365 Data Centers

Stonecourt Capital LP has acquired 365 Data Centers, a provider of hybrid data center and edge colocation solutions, with original investors Lumerity Capital and Longboat Advisors reinvesting alongside the new partner. 365's management team, led by CEO Bob DeSantis, will remain in place as Stonecourt provides capital to accelerate organic growth and pursue near-term acquisitions.

365 Data Centers Acquires U.S. Colocation and Network Business from Sungard Availability Services

365 Data Centers has agreed to acquire Sungard Availability Services' U.S. colocation and network business, adding eight primarily high-density data centers across key edge markets and roughly 400 customers. The asset purchase expands 365's footprint to 20 network-centric facilities and was funded by 365's existing equity owners (including Stonecourt Capital and Lumerity Capital) and its lending syndicate.

ScionHealth Acquires Cornerstone Healthcare Group

Andlauer Healthcare Group Acquires Logistics Support Unit (LSU) Inc.

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (AHG) has completed its acquisition of 100% of Logistics Support Unit (LSU) Inc. for approximately $30 million, paid via the issuance of 154,639 subordinate voting shares and about $22.5 million in cash. LSU is a Canada-based third-party logistics provider specializing in pharmaceutical, medical and biotechnology warehousing, distribution and order management and is the exclusive distributor of immunizing agents for Québec's public health system.
