The add-on expands CustomAir's presence in the Interior of British Columbia, includes opening a new Kamloops branch, and will give Reliatech customers access to a broader service offering and more technicians.

The acquisition expands ECI's capabilities and presence in the high-growth global semiconductor market and will keep Britech operating under its current management at its 50,000 sq. ft. Allentown facility.
