ServicePower acquired PlusOne Solutions in a strategic deal that closed on June 6, 2025, integrating PlusOne's background screening and contractor compliance capabilities into ServicePower's AI-powered field service management platform. The combination will provide customers access to an expanded suite of compliance and workforce optimization tools and more than 79,000 vetted contractors across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home-service trades.
