Reynolds and Reynolds, a provider of automotive dealership software and services, acquired Add.On.Auto (AOA), a web-enabled digital platform for marketing and selling vehicle accessories. The acquisition integrates AOA's accessory-marketing and e-commerce capabilities into Reynolds' retail management system to help dealerships increase per-vehicle accessory revenue; AOA founder Sidney Haider will continue to lead the business.
