WellBiz Brands, Inc. has acquired the LunchboxWax brand, adding the waxing salon chain (49 locations) as the franchisor and its fifth concept in the company's beauty and wellness portfolio. The deal expands WellBiz's multi-brand franchising platform and brings LunchboxWax founder Debi Lane on as a strategic advisor during the transition.
