Marlin Equity Partners completed a majority growth investment in LineLeader (by ChildcareCRM), a provider of SaaS enrollment, engagement and billing software for early childcare education centers. Growth Street Partners and other existing shareholders retain a minority stake; Marlin said the capital will be used to accelerate product development, expand market reach and support continued growth.

Riveter Capital Acquires Healthy Lunch Box

Riveter Capital, a women-owned private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Healthy Lunch Box, Inc., a Houston-based provider of nutritious cafeteria-style meals to charter schools, private schools, Head Start programs, health clinics, and adult-care centers. The deal — Riveter's first investment — will support growth and operational expansion under new president Nakita Johnson while honoring founder Theresa Barajas' legacy.

WellBiz Brands Acquires LunchboxWax
