MidOcean Partners Acquires LYNX Franchising

MidOcean Partners has acquired LYNX Franchising, a multi-brand franchise platform that operates JAN-PRO, FRSTeam and Intelligent Office and has roughly 225 franchised and company-owned locations. MidOcean intends to accelerate LYNX’s growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A; financial terms were not disclosed. The seller was Incline Equity Partners, which had owned LYNX since 2016.
