LYNX Franchising, a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners, has invested in Outdoor Living Brands to expand LYNX's offerings from commercial franchise services into residential home services. Outdoor Living Brands — owner of Archadeck, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives and Conserva Irrigation — will serve as LYNX's residential platform; Outdoor Living CEO Chris Grandpre will move to the LYNX board while Scott Zide remains leading the brands.

PrimeSource Brands (Clearlake-backed) Acquires Fortress Railing Products

The acquisition (OLS's second in eastern Pennsylvania) expands OLS's mid-Atlantic footprint and creates operational synergies with its nearby Woodward Landscape Supply location in Phoenixville.
