MidOcean Partners Acquires LYNX Franchising

MidOcean Partners has acquired LYNX Franchising, a multi-brand franchise platform that operates JAN-PRO, FRSTeam and Intelligent Office and has roughly 225 franchised and company-owned locations. MidOcean intends to accelerate LYNX’s growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A; financial terms were not disclosed. The seller was Incline Equity Partners, which had owned LYNX since 2016.

LYNX Franchising Invests in Outdoor Living Brands

LYNX Franchising, a portfolio company of MidOcean Partners, has invested in Outdoor Living Brands to expand LYNX's offerings from commercial franchise services into residential home services. Outdoor Living Brands — owner of Archadeck, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives and Conserva Irrigation — will serve as LYNX's residential platform; Outdoor Living CEO Chris Grandpre will move to the LYNX board while Scott Zide remains leading the brands.

Fortify Companies Acquires Rytech Restoration

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Yding Gruppen A/S, a commercial cleaning and sanitization provider operating across Jutland, Denmark. The deal — an add-on to Lynx's existing Danish platform PartnerService ApS — brings over 100 employees and aims to create operational synergies while founder Kurt Skydt remains involved to ensure a smooth transition.
