AE Industrial Partners has acquired HealthWay, a Pulaski, New York–based developer of air purification technology, as a new platform investment to expand in the indoor air quality market. The deal positions AEI to scale HealthWay's patented Disinfecting Filtration System (DFS) technology across commercial, healthcare, education and residential channels and support growth via experienced industry executives on the board.
