Crownpeak announced on March 19, 2021 that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire e-Spirit, a subsidiary of German IT services firm adesso SE. The acquisition combines Crownpeak's SaaS-based digital experience platform with e-Spirit's FirstSpirit CMS and AI-driven personalization capabilities to expand capabilities, double Crownpeak's customer base and accelerate global digital experience delivery.

Atos Acquires Cloudreach

Atos has agreed to acquire Cloudreach, a London-headquartered multi-cloud services provider, to strengthen its multi-cloud, application modernization and security capabilities. Cloudreach employs more than 600 people and generated roughly €100 million of revenue in 2021; the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and was expected to close in early Q1 2022.

Daxtra Acquires PivotCX

Daxtra, the UK-based provider of AI-enriched recruitment software, has acquired PivotCX, an Indianapolis-based talent acquisition communications hub. The acquisition (closed April 24, 2024) will fold PivotCX’s communications capabilities into the Daxtra product suite to improve candidate engagement and conversion; terms were not disclosed.

Atlassian Acquires DX

Atlassian Corporation has completed the acquisition of DX, an engineering intelligence platform that helps organizations measure and improve developer productivity and satisfaction. DX will be integrated into Atlassian's System of Work and added to the Atlassian Software Collection to expand Atlassian's engineering intelligence and AI-native SDLC capabilities.

Arryved Acquires Craftpeak to Create Omni‑channel Hospitality Platform

Arryved, a Boulder-based cloud POS provider for independent food and beverage operators, has acquired Craftpeak, an Asheville-based web design and ecommerce specialist for the craft beverage industry. The deal integrates Craftpeak’s ecommerce and website capabilities with Arryved’s POS to create a unified omni-channel platform that syncs on‑premise and online inventory and customer experiences.
