SCF Partners, a Houston-based private equity firm, announced an investment in Westbrook Energy Group, a Houston manufacturer of pressure-control fittings and flanges for downstream, natural gas distribution, LNG, upstream and industrial markets. The capital and partnership with SCF are intended to support Westbrook's next phase of growth, expand offerings and strengthen its position serving energy and industrial customers.

Wynnchurch Capital acquired the assets of Western Forge & Flange and will unite Western with Pennsylvania Machine Works, a Wynnchurch portfolio company, to create a larger, vertically integrated domestic manufacturer of specialty forged fittings and flanges. The deal expands the platform's capabilities and scale to better serve petrochemical, oil & gas, nuclear and defense end markets from Western's Cleveland, Texas facility.

Forged Solutions Group Acquires Steel Industries
