Waste Harmonics, a portfolio company of Arcapita, has acquired Contelligent (formerly OnePlus Systems) to integrate Contelligent’s intelligent container monitoring hardware and analytics with Waste Harmonics’ iWaste platform. The deal adds over 10,000 devices to Waste Harmonics’ network and is intended to expand the company’s service capabilities and global footprint across North America and international markets.
