McNeil & Company has acquired Penflex, Inc., a Latham, New York firm that provides actuarial and administrative services for Length of Service Award Programs (LOSAP). Penflex will operate as Penflex Actuarial Services, LLC as a stand-alone affiliate in Latham and the deal expands McNeil's Emergency Service Insurance Program footprint and capabilities serving fire and EMS organizations.
