Flashy Finance (formerly Life DeFi) has acquired viral gaming and entertainment brand Funny Till U Die and will integrate the brand's IP and team into a new offering called Flashy Fun. Co-founder David Lucatch joins Flashy Finance's executive team as the company embeds DeFi capabilities into games and social experiences to expand its consumer-facing Lif3 blockchain ecosystem.
