Warren Equity Partners acquired a majority interest in Magnolia River International, Inc., a Decatur, Alabama–based provider of inspection, engineering, and GIS services for natural gas pipeline and water utility infrastructure. The PE firm plans to support Magnolia River's organic growth and pursue an acquisition strategy to scale the company across the fragmented utility infrastructure services market; financial terms were not disclosed.

RIB Software acquired a majority growth investment in Integration Technologies (Intech), purchasing Advent-Morro Equity Partners’ stake to deepen RIB’s Americas cloud capabilities and accelerate adoption of its MTWO vertical cloud platform. The investment positions Intech to expand its managed cloud, Microsoft Azure and cybersecurity services across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the Americas while integrating with RIB’s global MSP network.

Flexitallic Acquires INTEGRA Technologies

The acquisition expands Magnolia River's geographic reach into the Northeast and adds in‑facility gas service line inspection and electrical distribution inspection capabilities to its service offering.
