The deal adds GIS consulting, business intelligence, data management, and pipeline asset knowledge-management capabilities focused on midstream gas/liquids, renewables (including carbon capture), and the energy transition to Magnolia River's existing engineering, inspection and software services.

Magnolia River, a Decatur, Alabama–based provider of infrastructure inspection, engineering, GIS, and technology solutions, has acquired Storti Quality Services (SQS), a Fort Washington, Pennsylvania–based provider of gas service line inspection, gas leak detection, pipeline inspection, QA, and related consulting services. The acquisition expands Magnolia River's geographic reach into the Northeast and adds in‑facility gas service line inspection and electrical distribution inspection capabilities to its service offering.

Oaktree Capital Invests Majority Growth Capital in Magnolia Wash Holdings

Magnolia Wash Holdings, a Charlotte-based operator of express car washes (operating 93 locations with 25 more under construction), has received a growth capital investment from funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, which acquired a majority ownership position. A&M Capital Opportunities Fund (AMCO) will retain a material minority stake; the capital will support Magnolia's continued expansion and membership-driven growth.

Warren Equity Partners Acquires Majority Interest in M&D Distributors

Warren Equity Partners acquired a majority interest in Magneto & Diesel Injector Service, Inc. (“M&D Distributors”) from the Ingram family, who rolled a portion of their equity and will remain involved on the board. M&D, based in Humble, Texas, is an aftermarket distributor and rebuilder of diesel engine parts serving commercial trucking and industrial equipment markets; Warren Equity will support the company’s next phase of growth. Financial terms were not disclosed.
