Graham Partners has acquired Rhythmlink International, a Columbia, South Carolina-based designer and manufacturer of single-use neurodiagnostic electrodes, from New Heritage Capital. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-investment to support the transaction, which positions Rhythmlink for continued product and market expansion under Graham's ownership.
