NSI Industries Acquires Lynn Electronics

NSI Industries, a provider of electrical, HVAC and network infrastructure product solutions, has acquired Lynn Electronics, a manufacturer of custom fiber optic and copper assemblies based in Ivyland, Pennsylvania. The purchase expands NSI's network infrastructure/catalog connectivity offerings and strengthens its position in the data center, broadband and AV markets.

NSi Industries Acquires Platinum Tools

NSi Industries, a portfolio company of Blue Sea Capital, has acquired Platinum Tools, a Newbury Park, California-based maker of low-voltage connectors, hand tools and cable preparation/test products. The deal expands NSi's product offering into the low-voltage market and establishes Platinum Tools as a West Coast distribution facility while founders Lee Sachs and David Johny remain significant shareholders and continue to lead the business.

NatTech (NTI Connect) Acquires Precision Design Services' Fiber Network Engineering Business

NatTech, LLC (National Technologies), a subsidiary of NTI Connect, LLC, has acquired the fiber network engineering business of Precision Design Services, Inc., which is headquartered in Morris Plains, New Jersey. The add-on expands NTI's engineering capabilities and presence in the New York City market and brings PDS's route design, OSP/ISP drawings, as-built production and project management services into NTI's National Technologies platform; NTI is owned by ORIX Capital Partners.

QualTek Acquires Fiber Network Solutions

NSI Industries Acquires Polaris Electrical Connectors

The deal expands NSI's electrical product portfolio and distribution reach, and Polaris — which employs roughly 190 people — will be integrated with NSI's distributor and channel partners to realize operational synergies.

The Norlee Group Acquires Tietjen Technologies, Inc.

The Norlee Group, a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital Group, has acquired Tietjen Technologies, Inc., a low-voltage structured cabling, fiber optics, CCTV and building automation contractor based in Atlantic Beach, Florida. The transaction was completed with senior term debt provided by White Wolf Private Credit; financial terms were not disclosed.
