NSI Industries Acquires TechLogix Networx

NSI Industries, a Huntersville, North Carolina-based provider of electrical product solutions, has acquired TechLogix Networx, a Madison, Wisconsin fiber optic and collaboration technology manufacturer. The acquisition expands NSI's product portfolio—particularly its Platinum Tools brand—into fiber optic technologies to support distributors and customers transitioning from copper to fiber-based solutions.

Lynn Electronics Acquires Coast 2 Coast (Anaheim)

Lynn Electronics, a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of fiber optic and copper cable assemblies, has acquired Coast 2 Coast, LLC, a cable assembly manufacturer based in Anaheim, California. The acquisition expands Lynn's West Coast production capacity and service offering; Coast 2 Coast's former owner, Lynn Swearingen, will join Lynn as West Coast VP of Operations.

Odyssey Investment Partners Acquires NSi Industries

The acquisition adds Metallics' fastener product line and manufacturing capability to NSI's portfolio and supports further inroads into the electrical, HVAC, and network infrastructure markets; the seller is identified as the Mola family.

NSI Industries Acquires Polaris Electrical Connectors

NSI Industries, LLC has acquired Polaris Electrical Connectors, Inc., an Odessa, Florida-based manufacturer of American-made pre-insulated multi-tap connectors. The deal expands NSI's electrical product portfolio and distribution reach, and Polaris — which employs roughly 190 people — will be integrated with NSI's distributor and channel partners to realize operational synergies.
