Resource Label Group has acquired MedLit Solutions, a pharmaceutical packaging, labeling and printing provider with facilities in North Carolina and New Jersey. The deal is an add-on to Resource Label's platform (a portfolio company of Ares Management) and was a sale by CORE Industrial Partners, which built the MedLit platform through prior tuck-ins and investments.

CORE said it will augment TCG Legacy's capabilities and geographic reach and use the company as a platform for complementary acquisitions to build a national organization.

Nutra-Med Acquires Legacy Pharma Solutions

Nutra-Med, a portfolio company of GenNx360 Capital Partners, has acquired Legacy Pharma Solutions, a St. Louis-based provider of oral solid dose contract packaging. The acquisition adds high-speed bottling and blistering capabilities to Nutra-Med, expanding its contract packaging capacity for pharmaceutical, OTC and medical device customers.

Resource Label Group Acquires Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company

Resource Label Group (RLG), a portfolio company of Ares Management, has acquired Pharmaceutic Litho and Label Company (PLLC), a manufacturer of printed inserts, labels and packaging components with locations in Simi Valley, California and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. PLLC will combine with RLG's recently acquired MedLit Solutions to expand and strengthen RLG's national pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging capabilities.

Red Arts Capital Acquires Contract Packaging Provider Coregistics
