The investment will support Nutra-Med's next phase of accelerated growth; founder Mahesh Gupta will move to an advisory role and Kunal Gupta will lead the company as CEO.

The add-on expands TCG Legacy's manufacturing footprint and capabilities across pharmaceutical production and marketing packaging, creating over 80,000 square feet of combined production space.

Velocity Clinical Research Acquires MedPharmics

Resource Label Group Acquires MedLit Solutions

The deal is an add-on to Resource Label's platform (a portfolio company of Ares Management) and was a sale by CORE Industrial Partners, which built the MedLit platform through prior tuck-ins and investments.

(OTC.PK: BLEG) has acquired Sycamore BioPharma, Inc., a developer of plant-based pharmaceuticals, securing more than $2.0 million in assets, including approximately $500,000 of ready-to-sell inventory and key personnel to support clinical development. The deal expands Branded Legacy's manufacturing and extraction capabilities and strengthens its product portfolio and clinical trial resources.

LGM Pharma Acquires Nexgen Pharma's Drug Product CDMO Business

LGM Pharma has acquired the formulation development and drug product contract manufacturing business of Nexgen Pharma, expanding LGM's CDMO capabilities and U.S.-based manufacturing footprint. Financial support for the transaction was provided by private equity firm New Harbor Capital; Nexgen Pharma sold its pharmaceutical CDMO unit to allow the company to focus on other healthcare segments.
